2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the consent box and submit the form.

4. Where it's stored

Your data is stored in a database hosted via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details on their safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions until you ask us to delete them. We don't currently have an automatic deletion schedule.

6. Other services this site loads

Map tiles are loaded directly from OpenStreetMap's servers, which may log your IP address.
Icon and map libraries (Font Awesome, Leaflet) are loaded from third-party CDNs (Cloudflare CDN, jsDelivr/unpkg), which may also log your IP address.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing done before withdrawal)
• Request your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de)
